How do I see and complete them ingame?

There are no challenges for Halo:CEA as it runs off the Halo:CE engine.

When playing Reach, you won’t see them in-game. You will only see them online or on your Windows 7 phone. They are not available for Halo CEA campaign, but because the multiplayer and firefight is Reach, you CAN use those maps online for the custom challenges.

You access them online, and once one of them is done, click it, and click “Turn In.”
