Your Company is close to unlocking the Achilles? I’ve been trying hard to recruit with hardly any luck but soon as we’re close to unlocking the Helmet the requests to join are crazy. Happened when it was close to the chest piece as well. Where are people looking to see the stats?

You have to look at your company kill commendations. Get all of them to level 3 to unlock Achilles body piece and level 5 for the helmet
Not what im asking guys but thanks. I’m asking how do other people find out we’re close? There’s so many companies. I’m just asking if there is an easier way than looking through all the companies to see who is close. I go from no requests until we’re close to unlocking then get a huge amount of requests.
When you’re searching spartan companies you can filter by key word and member count. So you could narrow it down to companies that are close.
There are always people looking for a free ride who would rather scour the company lists and spam join requests than actually put work in. In my company if people don’t take the time to read the bio and submit a custom request it’s an automatic reject.
There’s no way to search specifically for companies that are close to the helmet. My best guess is that you are getting the same amount of traffic, but more people are requesting out of the ones that see it. Recruiting when your near to the helmet is awful. Best of luck to you weeding out those who are just there for the helmet.

Ok thx. It’s annoying if I’m honest. To try and come in at the back end with minimal grind overall. I’m kicking those who don’t help out.

Well technically since you have to complete level three it’s really get them all to four.
You will get there quicker by letting players in. You have plenty of room in your spartan company. It is good to see that two years after the game is out that there is still interest in obtaining this armor. Good luck!

Its good, yeah, but we’re looking for people to stick with us after the helmet is done, not cut-and-runners.
That said, I do suppose it cant hurt.
