Well I usually have the saturday shift between 2:45pm EST - 6:00pm… Nah im kidding 
We usually moderate whenever we have downtime. Don’t forget, we are just like other members who come onto the forums to discuss Halo. Sometimes I come on to see whats going on, to talk with buddies, or to moderate. So the short answer is, there is no scheduled time, ijust whenever we have a chunk of free time

It gets hectic, sure, but in no way do I regret the position I’m in. In fact, I regret that I can’t spend more time helping out around the forums and talking with the community!

Discussing moderator actions is a close second, I think.
Apart from monitoring the forums another responsibility is responding to private messages from the community for help or clarification. Reading and responding to all of them must take time.

In all honesty, the amount of private messages I receive is beyond manageable. Sometimes they are just simple questions, sometimes they are messages from older members Im close with just catching up with (aka Jordan lol) and every now and yea. In all honesty, I enjoy answering PM’s.
Even before I was a moderator I went in the Roll Call forums and always offered assistance because I personally love helping people. Im also a Hospitality major so its in my nature
