how do i watch the e3 stuff on my xbox?

i remember hearing a while back that you could watch the H4 e3 stuff on xbox. could someone tell me how this will work, or link a page that explains it?

Their is an abb on the front page of the dashboard, will look for a link on xbox.com.

I found the E3 xbox page but no link to the app sorry for not being a bigger help.
