I see that I have new ones but I do not see anywhere they can be viewed.
At the top of the page, it should have a line of white text that says
> Logged in as: DissTrackted Inbox | My Buddies | Help | My Topics | My Profile | Members
“Inbox” is the link to take you to your PMs, and it’ll also show you how many PMs you have.
