get to level 50 then u can use

First it would be good if you could figure out what level 50 meant. LOL.

They are like prestige on COD, you have to reach level 50 first then pick a specialisation, as you have the limited edition game you can pick any whilst others will only be able to pick one of three at first.

You have to complete one specialisation before you go onto the next one. The first specialisation goes up to level 50, or SR50.

look at your receipt that you got when you got the game. I pre-ordered mine and all the codes to redeem the skins and armor were on the receipt.
