Hi there, I’m having trouble understanding on how to unlock the HCS Contender Skins for the Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle and Magnum White, Red and Blue Color skins for the 3 weapons, I’m almost done unlocking weapon skins for Halo 5: Guardians it’s just I’m having trouble with these 7 weapon skins, I’ve heard that I have to watch the HCS Twitch Stream for me to unlock them which I don’t know how long that will take and how I’m supposed to obtain them, another which I have to wait until the HCS REQ Pack comes to the REQ Store (Buy with REQ Points which is about 80,000 REQ Points I’ve heard and I’ve never seen the REQ Pack on the REQ Store ever). I have no idea on how to get these seven weapons skins so please help me out on how to get these skins. This is not about the Pro Team weapon skins.
Go to the Xbox store and search halo 5. The various team packs should be under “add-ons”. $9.99 each.
Well I’m not seeing the HCS REQ Pack in the store, but I do see the HCS Teams REQ Packs which I don’t care for. There a date for a re-release of HCS REQ Pack? I know I missed it a couple months ago, but I wasn’t playing at the time nor did I have enough REQ points to get it at the time. FYI I’m not spending REAL money on some REQ Pack which I can get in the game for REQ points.
You have to buy the HCS Team Packs. Not sure how many you would have to buy to unlock all of them.

From what I recall the HCS stuff is money only.

Yeah I know, but there a time when players can buy the HCS Req Pack with REQ Points and not REAL money?

Not that I remember…
Edit… there was a glitch where HCS stuff was being unlocked with a specialty pack that was available for points but it was quickly fixed.

Damn, I missed out.
There was a general HCS pack (not the team packs) that were $9.99 or 80K REQ points. They brought it out twice so far so its possible they will bring it back again at some point.
EDIT: You only got the white HCS skins out of it but I remember when they brought it back I bought a few and was able to get the red and blue HCS skins as well. Just keep saving those REQ points.
