How do i unlock spartan locke's armor

i have the pre order bonus installed but i don’t have locke’s armor! am i supposed to unlock it?

You have to open your pre-existing REQ packs.

i opened two that i had at the start and nothing no armor

Same here, I entered all the codes given to me, and none of the REQ packs had his armor in there (I preordered the game).
