How do i unlock CQC helmet?

It says that i need to go to halo waypoint but i can not find out how i unlock it. I use XB one.

Have you completed Reach on Heroic? and are you at career milestone level 20 on waypoint?

Pretty sure halo waypoint was replaced by halo channel so i dont think it works anymore. Its like how you needed bungie.net to get recon in halo 3

It still works I think. But I haven’t checked in a good 2 years.
