How do I tune weapons in Customs?

I just now played a game of Team Infinity Slayer in MM, then saved the gametype from my game history, and loaded it up in Customs. I don’t see a single setting that lets me tune the weapons. I thought we could do that with the new gametypes, unless I’m just not looking hard enough. Where in the settings is it?

You can’t tune anything, only 343i can with their special tools that nobody else is allowed to use. Sorry.

I could of swore they said that we could do it ourselves a while back. I’m blown.
