Hi there. My windows 10 hasn’t been able to update to the current version from 1511 for me for months now and I have tried every solution including a full reformatting. I purchased Halo Wars 2 today in the store and it won’t let me install the game so I want a refund and I can’t find the proper place to request it in the store.

You can request a refund via Xbox Support on Live chat.
What error do you get on your Windows 10 upgrade? Being on this older build will probably cause you more issues further down the line with other games so would be worth addressing.
I’m pretty sure I have solved the problem. I had changed my default save directory to my 2nd hard drive instead of the SSD that windows is on and it conflicts in the update. Trying again now.
