How do I report griefing?

I’ve seen this thread which explains the aftermath of bans, and I’ve also seen this MS article on bans. The MS article specifically calls out "Cheating or “griefing” (intentionally ruining the fun of the game for other players) " .

How do I report this? I’ve particularly had a problem with Spartan Ops in which others destroy my vehicle repeatedly, or pin me in a corner with a vehicle. Sometimes I can get 3 games in a row with the same behavior, and it is pretty frustrating. Honestly I don’t know why friendly fire is even on in Spartan Ops - it just leads to griefing. Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Leave FF on i love team killing AFKers. But its grifing non bannable just hit avoid the player after the game has ended.

Except that I would be very, very, VERY surprised if action was taken in this case. Destroying vehicles is just something you get from the fact that Halo isn’t a gentleman’s game. Pinning you to a wall, likewise, is just funny and, unless there’s mad hax involve, not banable.

They’re not breaking XBL’s TOU simply by -Yoink!- you off. They are simply -Yoink!- you off. You’re going to have to take it upon yourself to deal with this. Either adapt to what they’re doing, don’t put yourself in a situation where someone can pin you against a wall with a vehicle, or man up and push the angries inside for those few games you have to deal with less than respectable behavior.
Or…

It’s not going to change anything (besides nebulous matchmaking probabilities, supposedly you’re less likely to play people you’ve avoided but Halo games have been notable exceptions to this before) but at least it’s appropriate for the circumstances.

Its not about being a “gentleman”, its deliberately influencing the results of a game by using an exploit (ie pinning/vehicle wrecking). It is entirely bannable, and hundreds of gamers have and will be banned for such actions. Dont believe me? Go take a gander at the xbox bans forums, its chock-a-block with people who were banned for “cheating”.

MS does actually take action, if it can be verified. What people dont realise is that they (MS) have super moderators that can and do enter games just to see what your up to if you are reported many times. If they deem its justified, a ban is given.

I’ve got a pretty thick skin - there are plenty of games, both Halo 4 an otherwise, where I’m indifferent to the d-bags that surround me. What I find hard to tolerate are folks that manipulate the rules of the game to deliberately ruin my fun - when there is basically no way out. I could AFK or quit at this point, but I’m fairly sure the ban-bots will punish ME in that case.

I’ll go with the Unsporting Conduct report, and I hope others do too. The Stockholm syndrome attitude of “get over it, man up” never ceases to amaze me.
