How do I report an abusive person to 343i?

First off, I’m using another account because this person is so abusive. I’d love to give more details in private to a 343i official if possible please. This individual has already been permanently banned from the halowaypoint forums for threatening 343i employees. Apparently, that ban hasn’t extended to Halo 5 or the rest of waypoint like companies where this person continues to be abusive against individuals and whole companies. Any help at all is appreciated, I have evidence to corroborate everything.

I think you can only report him on Xbox but you should private message one of the monitors for proper assistance.

With your problem, looks like it’s a Xbox Live problem in general and your best solution to this is to block & report the user who is harassing you.

Also, don’t create alternative accounts due to being against forum rules.

While circumstances can have understanding, multiple accounts is still an issue.

As for your actual problem, PM’ing Ske7ch or Unyshek through the forums or their other social media contacts, and patiently giving time, is one way through your 343i request.

However, XBL has a policy on harassment and such, so if you feel you there is a situation that needs action, use the Reporting action on their profile and leave an explanation where prompted.
