Could anybody tell me who I report players to who have modded their stats? I have found I person who has modded their commendations to 100% yet haven’t done nearly enough to get to that level. I checked their stats in game and the commendations says 100% complete, but when you actually look at each commendation on Waypoint you can clearly see most are incomplete.
So again, who do I contact to report this player?
I’m pretty sure 343i would just prefer you to use the Xbox complaint system to file a complaint against the player in question under ‘Tampering’.
They sometimes ask people to send info to them via PM but that’s usually about glitches/bugs/support issues and not about people modding or cheating. Like I said, I think you’re supposed to use the Xbox complaint system for that.
Edit: it could just be a glitch like the person below suggested in which case you might just want to let it go.
It is probably a glitch that that player has nothing to do with. If I’m wrong and they are actually modding… they will be caught. You don’t need to report everything you come across. No one likes people like that. Just saying…
Edit: My main point is… this shouldn’t affect you in any way. So why report them when it probably isn’t even a mod/cheat?

First of all, I’m pretty sure you can’t check another players’ commendations in-game.
Secondly, the Halo 4 Stats Overview page here on Waypoint is completely broken. Mine says I have 100% commendations, but the in-game Start menu says 62%.
So unless he was using armor that hasn’t been unlocked yet via Specialization or Commendation (e.g. using Rogue helmet at SR-42 or Verdant visor with Splatter not mastered), I have no idea why you’d think he was modding.

Mine went to 100% when I completed campaign on Legendary, though I’m quite far from 100% in multiplayer.
