How do I record with Fraps?

I want to record matches to save the ones that goes very well, but Fraps wont show up on the screen and the record key doesn’t work.
I am thinking that running the game as administrator will work but I have no clue how to do it since the game isn’t a standard .exe.
I am playing on PC, appreciate any help!

I’d recommend trying with Shadowplay or Relive.
