How do I put a gamertag in a quote block?

I’m trying to quote someone, but I don’t know how to do it right without quoting everyone in a massive quote thread. I want to quote one person, not 3 or 4 at a time. I know there is a quote button in every comments. There is a quote option as I’m writing this. But I don’t how to insert a gamertag in the quote.

There is a User link button (the little spartan guy) in the message bar. Just enter the player tag and the person will get a notification. Also, check out this useful thread.
