How do i play with new setting?

Is there any game type out there where i can play with no bloom and all the new changes ? if so where i can you test it with me as none of my freinds are playing halo D:

Its in the bulletin, it gives you a link to download the gametype. Then you go into custom games. Pick gametype go to slayer and it should be called 0 bloom DMR.
