On a computer that is connected to your router, open a browser window, type in “192.168.1.1” minus the quotes, type in “admin” for the name and “password” for the password minus the quotes, there is a setting called “Enable UPnP” under Advanced Settings normally, enable UPnP by checking the box, boot up your xbox, go to network settings, set the xbox to automatically obtain an IP address.
