Im new to the game and im just wondering how you make a clan in H4. Its pretty amusing that i havnt been able to find the clan feature yet. Im hoping ther is a way to make a clan “Official” in this game becuase if not i will lose alot of respect for it.
No, there is no clan feature in Halo 4, nor was there in Halo 3 or Reach.

Honestly, most clans just use the same colour scheme, same emblems, and the same Service tags.
There is a way though to improvise clan organization.
Start a silver XBL account (ie. the free one) with your clan name or some other recognizable title or abbreviation. Add everyone you want in your clan to that gamertag’s friends list. Make sure that friends of friends are visible in the privacy settings. And, well, that’s it. Anyone in your clan can look up any other member just by clicking on that profile and viewing its friends. I’ve used this method when organizing other groups of people (not quite a clan but close enough) and it gets you everything except an in-game title.
