So mid-game, I get dropped back to main menu with the message:
“LEFT THE FIRETEAM.
Your Fireteam has changed.
Returning you to Main Menu”
Trouble is, I was by myself…
What the hell just happened? I quit my own team of one?
This has happened a few times, along with numerous other dropouts along the way. If anything it’s getting worse. And before you say anything, no my internet provider is fine with everything else, wired connection, cable speed 100 / 2, I check the connection quality every time I log in to the xbox to make sure.

Are they ever planning to fix it? what is even causing it?

Been a problem for a while. We deserve a month of bug fixes but selling promo REQ packs are more important

I’m willing to bet the guys making the skins aren’t the ones who’d be fixing the bugs. While I agree they should be a bit more forthright with their ongoing progress and focus on bug related issues, it isn’t flipping a light switch. They have to figure out what the problem is, how to fix it, and how that fix will effect everything else. For now at least there is a fairly simple work around for the glitch. Hopefully it will be fixed and soon, but getting upset isn’t likely to speed up the process any.

It would be a focus but half the community is more worried about art style and pretty armor. The more petty these complaints get, the more likely they are to ignore an actual problem like the servers.
Make sure you aren’t appearing offline, and check to see if it says something like “last seen 12 minutes ago” Good way to fix it is to make sure auto sign-in is off then log out login. Also of course hard reseting console
