In the banner area of your company page will be a link to resign, might need to go into Administration first. You must then enter your gamertag and click resign to confirm your resignation. It may be different for leaders, I think you need to disband your company which I believe can be done from the the Company bio / profile [don’t have a screenshot of that unfortunately]
