Exactly what my topic says? How do I know if these grind helps my company ? Is there a progress I can go? Or anyone know where to go? Please help a new person out

You cant exactly see that, is not like the personal commendations that you see after each game, you must check the spartan company commendation in this web (waypoint) but is the progress in general you cant see the specified amount that you has been contribute.
You can view your company’s overall commendation progress on Waypoint, but there is no way for you to see your individual contribution to your company’s commendations. If you are in the company, you can be assured that your contributions are being counted.
If you want to get a rough estimate, there is a way to get one. Simply play at a time that not many players in your company do. Then, check your commendations page for stuff like headshots after every match and you should be able to see some progress.
Another alternative is to go for commendations like Spartan Charges which aren’t as frequent as headshots. Check the commendations page after each match you get charges in and you should be able to see the tracker go up.
You can check the progress of your Spartan Company’s commendations directly on Waypoint. I even linked it for you.
You can track your individual stats, but you’d either have to manually track them yourself or you could make a script that tracks it for you. My old company made one and it tracked everyone’s progress.
Depends on the commendation you’re working on for your company. You can go to your game history and try to see if what you’re grinding is tracked. For instance, if you are helping your company grind Marine kills in Warzone, look at your game history for Marine Kill medals. Almost every Spartan Co. commendation is tied to medals, so tracking your medals will let you track how much you personally are contributing to a particular commendation.
If your company has a discord server they may have a bot that will let you track your individual stats.
