You either go to the Spartan company or recruitment sections and find one you think you’d fit in with and request to join. I’d suggest you read the entrance requirements pretty carefully, mine for instance requires a good joke to get in. Or you have the LT or Leader of a company offer you a chance to join and you accept. You do have to have your account set to Adult in order to join by my understanding.
In addition to what comedyshermit said, it is important to note that Spartan Companies reserve the right to refuse entry or expel you for any reason. Which can suck, but that’s just how it is. You should definitely look for companies that seem like you would fit in well. And remember that joining any companies that have already gotten Achilles will not get you Achilles.
