I just got the message and was wondering where i get it and when. Will I have to use the xbox insider needed to make a post to rank up.

They haven’t released codes, you’ll get a Waypoint message telling you where to use it when they send them out.

You’re correct. I believe they are sending codes today or tomorrow via Halo Waypoint.
