So after playing this game, I have some things that I think could maybe use a change. Overall I really like the feel of everything, but there are a few tweaks that could be done. But I don’t know how to give feedback. 343 doesn’t read the forums, so where do I go to help the cause?

Best places are either in this forum here, the Beta forums or Twitter (depending who you tweet). Depends on what kinds of things you want to bring to the table and what medium would be most effective in taking your point accross
They read the forums but if you want something more direct you could give your feedback to one of the twitter accounts 343 and their team have. I don’t remember any of them off the top of my head but a quick google search should tell you.
