How do I get waypoint to work on the 360

I can’t get waypoint to work on the 360, all I get is 5 video previews a can any one help me with this issue

Waypoint on consoles is exclusive to Xbox Live Gold members. Free members will only be able to access a limited number of videos, and that’s it.
