<p>I’m trying to get unbanned from matchmaking. I am running my Xbox off of my hotspot so I lag out a lot. And I haven’t played in about a month, but the game still says that I am banned from matchmaking. How do I fix this?</p>

Think this may be more suited for the support section of Halo Wars 2. Likely a question they can answer.
You wait your ban out. No one is going to manually lift your ban.
If you are constantly disconnecting, you are messing up the game for everyone else in it and it’s not fair to them. If your connection is not stable enough to stay in a game, I suggest waiting until you are in a position where your internet is more stable.

The ban isn’t for player’s who quit game’s,
its for player’s dodge low rank teammates in
Pre-Game Lobby aka the Leader Select Screen.
This ban hammer only really effects Solo-Q player’s in 2v2/3v3 but you can get the ban hammer if you leave too many 1v1 game’s while in the Pre-Game Lobby.
