How do i get the military police helmet in reach?

I am having trouble figuring out how to get the cqb and military police helmets in reach can someone explain to me how to get them please

You have to go on halowaypoint on the Xbox 360 and complete challenges for it.

Download the Halo Waypoint application for Xbox 360 (Xbox Live Gold required), unlock various specific achievements in Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach (can be found on a service record on the application or on the internet), and return to that service record to unlock the helmets and chest piece. The application’s buggy, so you may need to relaunch it several times.

I have an XBox 360, but I bought the XBox 1 so I could play Halo 5 and Star Wars Battlefront II.

Then follow the instructions I gave in my first reply. Make sure to enable cloud storage on Xbox 360 (and that Halo: Reach is saved there) for the armor to carry over to Xbox One.
