Make sure you have filled out your insider profile here on Waypoint completing as many fields as you can. The more information you can provide the better. Also have a verified email. Opt into console flighting. You can also choose PC flighting as well if you would like to help test things out there too. Then complete the steps linked above on your Xbox. 343 should let you download the beta builds if you get accepted, so stay tuned here on Waypoint and keep an eye on your notifications.

I’m late to this, but Cristola and anyone else reading - this is incorrect information. The Halo Insider app was retired over a year ago and is no longer being used.
If you wish to sign up and be ready to participate in flighting on Xbox, you need to visit the store and download the Xbox Insider Hub. That is your gateway to flighting on Xbox and any active flight builds will be accessible via there as long as you are fully opted in here on Waypoint.
