I hope this checklist and description helps you with your request. Additionally, if you are referring to the Eternal Armor Effect, it was a Bungie Day exclusive and can no longer be obtained. If you are talking about the Legendary Armor Effect, you have to buy the legendary Edition of Halo: Reach . If you are talking about the tier 3 Recon Helmet, that was a limited edition code that was in the first copies of Halo: Reach.

There were server issues last night and into the last hour (Which looks like they’re finally fixed, as I was able to access what I needed to) that prevented the player from entering the required section. You can indeed get them. Keep in mind you also need Xbox LIVE Gold to access this part of the 360 Halo Waypoint App. You let everything load up on the main screen, and go to your Career Milestone. Click It. Then Scroll over to Halo Reach Service Record. Click it. Finally, to the left, There should be Halo: Reach Armor. Click it, to have it update based upon achievements you have unlocked.
