Hey I’m looking to try and learn how to mod through the halo CE tool provided but i noticed there are not any guides on how on YouTube at least and I have gotten as far as downloading the CE mod tools but two of the files are zip files and are defaulted to VLC media files so I am having trouble unzipping those since I don’t have anything else to change the files too, does anyone know what I need to do?
