How do I get rid of a ghost certification

Every time I open a gold pack I only get ghosts and mongooses as vehicles this may be because the first pack I opened had certifications for those two. But its really annoying me now can I get rid of the certification for them.

May sound odd but I found if skip gold and get silver and bronze ones first you get other common certifications so when you do open gold it’s not full of just those two items

Open a few of the lesser packs, then return to the gold.
