How do I get Recon?

i’ve been told Recon is back again in halo 4, if this is true how the heck do I get it?

Be SR26 to unlock it i think it was that rank.

i actually miss how funny some of these threads were on bungie.net & sometimes how quickly they got locked :’)

There was an Arby n the Chief reference in the campaign. On the 4th mission before you get in the tank. It said The Gun Show
