How do I get Recon Armor?

This game has a new feeling to me, yet a familiar one and I want to have my favorite armor to feel special on this game. There was something in the beta that isn’t in the final that I liked and it was the fact Recon was there to have on. Please tell me how to get it without the REQ Packs.

Recon armor is only given out as a special community consideration by Bungie. Also, if you see players with flaming recon helmets, that’s an indication that they are a Bungie employee.

I don’t believe there is any way to unlock armor without using REQ, save for Helioskrill and Mark 5. If it’s the microtransactions that are putting you off, you can buy them with points earned just by playing the game.

First, you must unlock the secret map titled “Final Option”, a throw back to Last Resort/Zanzibar. Second, you must acquire the sniper rifle immediately upon spawn. Third and finally, you must zoom in across the map, aim just right, and pull the trigger. If you have done these steps correctly, bungie will display your achievement for everyone to see in the upcoming weekly update, noting how funny it is that you committed suicide with your own sniper rifle. Now after all of that, you’ll receive a message from Shishka, telling you that Recon has now been unlocked for your Gamertag.

I heard that there would be specially marked Axe products that would be giving the Req Pack for the Recon Armor.

You have to be or know a moderator on Waypoint. It’s a trust system. If you tell your Kinect you know a moderator of Waypoint it will unlock.

You can buy a axe body spray bundle from Walmart only with a halo specially marked box and it comes with a req pack that is 100% guaranteed to have recon aurmor

You have to complete all of the Vidmaster Challenges.

First, That’s Halo 3, second, Flaming Hayabusa was a bungie employee, and third, Bungie left.
