I made a post on Reddit but was told to come here:
I skimmed through the Halo Support site but that appears to be focused on more technical issues than what I’m having.
the issues I’m having are:
- I dont have my Halo Insider nameplate, I did 40 hours on the flight and over 100 matches, so I definitely should have it.
- I wanted to see if there was any way I could migrate my 343i Community Spotlight Nameplate onto a different account, the one I’ve migrated to (the one with 40 hours on the Insider build as well).
but I’m not too sure where to go for this, thought I’d make a post about it and see what I can do.

I think what the nameplate was obtainable only during the stress test, it was a few hours. If you played outside that horus (Like me) i think what you didn’t get any nameplate.

I don’t know about this but probably if you had something on one Xbox live account it is impossible to migrate it to other account. I don’t work at 343i or Microsoft but that normally never happen on any game/account.
