How do I get Halo ce for pc and spv3?

I’ve seen a lot of spv3 stuff for a while now and I want to play it, but I’m not sure exactly how it works so I have a few questions.

  1. Where should I get Halo ce
  2. Do I need Halo ce to get Halo custom edition?
  3. Where do I get Halo custom edition
  4. Do I need Halo custom edition for spv3?
