To get credits from the custom challenges, do you need to leave it in the active queue after completing and just wait for it to time out? Or can you turn it in?
Once you complete it, turn it in to get your credits.
You can also wait, and you’ll be awarded the credits after the timer expires.
Oh sweet, is there a notification in game when you get it or does it just stealthily add the credits?
It quietly adds the credits, no notification in-game that your credits have been awarded. For your own peace of mind, you can manually keep track of your credits with a pencil and paper or calculator to confirm.
Haha I might need to do that.

Once you set and completed the custom challenge, you will have to wait until the actual challenge ends. The game will then automatically (without warning) add credits to your Spartan’s bank account.
For example: I complete my custom challenge and you have about a day left (you set it for two days but complete on the day you set the challenge). You just wait a day and you’ll have your credits.
Edit: Looks like there was some tweaking to the CC formula. I was mistaken and i apologize. The credits will still be added to your account if you (for whatever reason) failed to turn in the challenge via webisite or waypoint app.
Also turning in challenges will reward you with credits on the spot. Credit goes out to Tsiao for catching my silly errors.

Clicking “Turn In” will result in the credits being immediately added to your account.
Additionally, forgetting to click “Turn In” will not result in the forfeiture of your credits. They will simply be added after the timer expires.

Not that I’ve heard of, I created a few easy ones that were for 2K a piece, but then I realized…wow I’m just farming credits and not using the game for what it’s supposed to be…Interactive Entertainment. I stopped since then. I’ll throw some up here and there if I feel the desire, but it’s not really worth it.
I’m in need of help since i made 4 custom challenges that made about 22000 credits and finished all of them. Since I made these challenges late at night by the time the first challenge should of cashed in I was asleep. I didn’t make any other challenges that day, so i didn’t pass the daily credit amount and i checked my challenge history and there all there but I didn’t receive my credits. Where have my credits gone to? I would appreciate the quickest response possible with a full answer on what is wrong and how to fix it, but still would appreciate other answer for a multitude of solutions.Thank you to those who take the time to solve my dilemma, and those who help.If you are wondering I have tried to google, and bing it but there was no solution.And again thank you to those who can help me with this
turned in custom challenges over 10 hours ago, time ended at 6:30 pm. its now the next day 2:20am and still no credits? also, I have noticed a few times completing challenges such as… win 2 multiplayer games get 2000 cr just as an example it goes to the screen where it says im rewarded I check again and no credits? what is going on?
im with this guy im a hol reach fiend and im all about my cr points and ive completed 2 custom challenges one of which the allotted time has ran out and still no cr points and ive tracked my cr points for the sheer fact that i am a halo reach fiend. How can we like you guys get the rewards?

- TURN-IN the challenge
*Once “turned-in” they will be awarded after the NEXT GAME YOU PLAY. They will be stealthily added to your cR, you will not see any on-screen notification that more cR has been added. So pay attention to your total cR/bar
*One way I ensure that I get the cR is to TURN IN THE CHALLENGE, then IMMEDIATELY start up a custom game by yourself. As soon as it starts END the game. You will then see your cR bar go up!!!
If you don’t TURN IN the challenge, the cR will be awarded (assuming you completed the challenge) at the end of the alotted time you put for the challenge duration.
I’ve also made challenges and haven’t received my credits. I turned one of them in, and it still didn’t work. I’ve received credits before but not from the recent ones. Is there something going on? Does anyone know how to retrieve them?
same here i play swat alot and i do headshot challenges i complete them and get no credits 
I turned my challanges in but i did not get the credits even after the challange expired and i have completed it
I also finished my challenges, 2 sets in fact. I’m owed around 40k cR. The time limit expired a total of 3 days ago, still nothing… Help would be appreciated!
