Yeah How would I go about getting a refund for my Master Chief Collection? I’m just not digging the game.
Hard Copy: Just return it to the store saying the game doesn’t fully function.
Digital: Use Xbox Support Chat and explain the game isn’t fully functioning. They’ll ask you to send Screen Caps of the game not working through email, (Which can be as simple as a picture of you in the lobby searching with no other players) and with in 48 hours your credit card account will be credited with the money. Takes about 30 mins from start to finish.
Hope this helps. Hope they fix this game properly so you don’t have to go through the hoops you currently have to go through to get a match.
