I bought this game to play with a friend but it’s down right terrible. How do I get any money back from the company that ruined one of the best video game franchises in history?
I have to assume you started with Reach or H4? You can take it back to the store you bought it from and try to get your money back, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. If it is a digital copy then all sales are final.

Hey OP, if you want to get a refund you would have to either contact the retailer you purchased the game from or Xbox / MS Support if your bought a digital copy from the store
