How do I get a new steam code?

I had noticed today that I was invited into the flight but when I tried to redeem on steam it said it was already taken? What do I do?

You can’t do anything. The latest flight concluded a few weeks ago. You will have to wait until another flight starts to be in with a chance of receiving another code.
