back in halo 3-4 it was very easy to download maps from the main menu. You would just search it up or look for it in the most downloaded and most popular categories. In halo 5 they don’t have that option so I haven’t gotten to download a single map.
To download:
- Add the creator as a friend - Press ‘X’ in the main menu - Press ‘RB’ to go across to your friends list - Select the desired friend and click ‘A’ - Select ‘Custom Maps’ - Go to their files or bookmarks - Select a map, and press the left stick - The map will now appear in your bookmarks.
In all honesty, you could have just searched YouTube for one, and it would have given you a much more detailed tutorial.
