How do I do a custom challenge?

How do I add it to my challenges? I made one, but its not in my challenges when i check in the game. Is there something else I need to do?

Custom Challenges do NOT show up in-game, they only show up for Waypoint on the Web, Console or Mobile.

How do I turn in a custom challenge? The button is grayed out.

You can only turn them in when they are completed, if they are completed but the button is greyed out, clear your cache and then try again, if not, try a different browser.
