How do I contact someone at 343i for help?

I am having an issue out of my reach. I don’t know what’s happening. I tried asking someone that had the same problem, but the “problem” discouraged him from playing Custom Games. I need help. I love custom games, and I don’t need this silly glitch/bug getting in the way of it. Please give me assistance.
