HOW DO I CONTACT HALO??? LOST HELMET AND 60,000Cr

I recently did the challenge “Endure: The Return”, but I did not recieve my 30,000 Cr. The same thing happened in October with this same challenge and I did not recieve those 30,000 Cr. So basically, I HAVE BEEN ROBBED 60,000 Cr!!! That challenge took me like 2 straight hours to complete! Also, my hard drive crashed and I lost my free recon helmet. How do I contact someone to get my 60,000 Cr and my helmet back??! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

  2. Can you give anymore details? Your rank, how you tried to complete the challenge, if you reached the credit cap and whether you received a completion notification may help people determine what went wrong for you and what course of action to take.

um… its called a credit cap, and re-downloading your helmet.

Sorry, I’m new to the forums. Anyway, It wasn’t a credit cap. It was like the only thing I had done on halo today. Where would I re-download my helmet? I’ll stop posting in this forum after this.

Either try going through Waypoint on the console or if you had a redeem code for it, put that in on the Xbox website as you would an Xbox Live code.

Or another option is the download history of the player. Try that and see if the recon helm is there.

Now as for the credits, they are gone. You can easily make these up with custom challenges if you want. Just do enough to get back the credits you need.

Does the challenge say completed?

If not, you know you have to play THROUGH the fourth set and the bonus round, to the start of the 5th round to get the challenge right?

You can do it in 15 minutes using this gametype.

Thank you for the help. I didn’t know I needed to have five sets in the challenge. I’ll try and get my helmet back with your advice. In the future I’ll be sure to post in the right forum. Thanks again everyone

Just to clarify you don’t need to complete 5 sets, you need to complete 4, but that doesn’t happen until the 5th set starts starts. A notification will pop up in the bottom of your screen saying “weekly challenge completed” when it does. Also you can press start and scroll down to your challenges, prior to exiting the game, just to make sure that it is completed.

And don’t worry, I made the same mistake (assuming you made this mistake) the first time I tried to do Endure; thankfully I was using the 15 minute gametype instead of default settings.
