How do I attach my DXDIAG to a support ticket?

When filing a support ticket about the PC version of MCC, how do I attach my DXDIAG to my PC?

First of all, I’ve never submitted a ticket for the PC version of MCC, and second of all, I have absolutely no clue what in the world a DXDIAG is.

May someone please tell me how to attach my DXDIAG to a support ticket about the PC version of MCC?

Hey OP, here’s some instructions on how to do that

> Step 1: Press the Windows key and type “dxdiag” in the search bar. Hit “Enter” to run the command.
> Note: The DirectX Diagnostic Tool may take up to 15-20 seconds to open, based on your computer setup.
> Step 2: If asked “Do you want to check if your drivers are digitally signed?”, please select “Yes”.
> Step 3: Click the “Save All Information” button. Save the Text File (*.txt) to a location you can easily find, such as your Desktop.
