How do I access my an @xboxlive email

I found my account on here said my email is an @xboxlive email. I assumed my spec code would be sent to the email I sign in with but maybe not. How do I access an @xboxlive email adress? HELP PLEASE

You can’t access the @xboxlive.com e-mail, it isn’t actually an e-mail, it is just a placeholder, I assume that field can never be blank on the YAF software, so they put that e-mail in there.

I think it counts as “@live.co.uk” (or .com)

It does for me anyways.
