How do I access additional specializations?

I am at level 50 and it wants me to pick a specialization. Looking around on the halo wiki and elsewhere I see a total of 8 specializations to choose from, but I can only pick 2 - Wetwork or Operator.

I only got the game a few weeks ago; I understand from googling that if you played the game right when it was released you could get all 8 specializations. Well, what about the rest of us? Am I basically screwed? The game has been out more than two months; it seems like the early access perks should be released for everyone by now. I can’t be the only one who got the game for Christmas and I don’t want to be stuck at level 70.

So, is there something special I have to do to get them, or has anyone heard of a release time for the specializations if I didnt start playing the game right at launch?

Thank you.

Right now you will only have Operator and Wetwork. But starting 1 week from now on January 21st the others are going to come out 2 by 2 per week.

Next week it’s Pioneer and Pathfinder.

The week after is Engineer and Stalker.

The final week is Rogue and Tracker.

You will have access to all 8 by February 2nd.

Thanks. I just actually found that blog post right after I had decided to post here.

I appreciate your reply.

in my honest opinion, they should still be exclusive for at LEAST another month to 2 months. it almost makes getting the limited edition useless now sigh

Are you serious?

It punishes the people who don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on a game by not allowing them to rank up.

It’s either they should have had what they’re doing now, or a different way of making the limited edition more special.

Ive had the game since launch but i dont have the extra classes
