When there is time written under some post, Is it like at this amount of time ago a new reply was posted on this thread or when this thread was created?

It should be when this thread was created.
If it’s a newly created thread, it would be the time of the threads creation. If there’s a reply, it would be the time of the most recent reply.

I wish there was a button that took you to your first unread post in a thread, instead of just to the most recent post. I have seen this feature on other forums (such as the GTA Forums) and it’s a blessing.
