Surely if someone collects all the certifications then that equals out the chance of them getting each one. Does having more certifications mean you get more reqs per pack or does it prioritise the rarer reqs over your commons?
Yeah they seem pretty stupid after the first time that you unlock 3 or 4 reqs with the certification, it seems like it makes no difference.
When i was like rank 15 I unlocked the SPNKR Em certification… im rank 69 now and haven’t had a single req with it… Pretty disappointing

Some of my first certs were normal Scorpion and Wraith. Bow that I’ve got a lot, my 15+ stockpile of them is way down and I actually think About using them before I do.

If I have everything unlocked and a greater chance of getting cards for unlocked cards, that means all my Legendarys are coming behind my Commons etc.

If you have all the certs, you have a chance at getting any weapon in a pack with rarity still factored in to that probability.
If you have no certs, you have ZERO chance at getting any weapon in a pack.
These are not equivalent.

Zero chance? I have gotten things that I don’t have the cert for… so that’s definitely not true at all…
You have the same chance of getting everything when you have no certs, and you have the same chance of getting everything when you have them all…
I get cards all the time I’m not certed in… It’s absolutely not zero.

I would like to disagree with this. As a programmer myself it would make more sense for 343 to make every weapon have a “weight” on them depending on the rarity.
Example: A storm rifle (Common) is more likely to appear than a chain turret (also Common). And a scorpion (Rare) is more likely to appear than a ultra ghost (also Rare). This is why higher tier weapons seem harder to get even if you have everything already. But, even though this may be true, every REQ still have a random chance of appearing in a pack. (With this I’m not counting Daily win packs, promotional packs and all other packs that requires a code)

True, sorry I worded it wrong.
Yes they have their “weight” as you put it. Some are rarer than others, correct. Don’t forget about how the packs are seperated (bronze silver gold), so that makes it different as well.
I’m not talking about the rarity though. If you have no certs, not one gun is put before the other in the packs (besides the rarity), you have a chance to get everything.
When you have 1 cert, you obviously have a better chance getting that 1 weapon (of corse you can get more). But I’m not talking about the in between, just about having 0 certs and having all certs.
When you get all certs, you have a chance of getting all weapons… wich goes back to the beginning when you had no certs, it’s separated by what’s rare, not by your certs because you have them all.
When you have 0 certs, it’s random by how rare the weapon is. When you have all certs it reverts back to the same thing.

Huh, weird, I never got the certification for the SPNKR EM, but I’ve been getting it as if I had the certification.
