How Did This Happen? Glitch Under The Map Halo CE

Does anybody know exactly know how this glitch happend?

Looks like when the warthog flipped it ended up pushing you out of the map because of the angle in which you were ejecting from the vehicle.

Just player & object physics. This stuff exists in a lot of games, just isn’t seen all that often.
